The U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires that as a prerequisite to flight training, non-US citizens must provide fingerprints, biographical information, including full name, passport and visa information and training specifics prior to beginning flight training.

TSA Fingerprinting Steps

1. Go to https://secure.natacs.aero/afsp/afsp_form.asp?agency=1384&agent_number=1002

2. Fill out all required information. Click submit

3. Print FCF or Fingerprint Control Form and bring it with you for fingerprint collection

4. Text +1 (347) 380-6211 to schedule your fingerprinting appointment (no voice – text only)

5. Bring at least 2 current valid forms of ID. At least one of them must have a photo

6. Bring your printed email from TSA with authorization number and approval to get your fingerprints collected
